A highly prolific and passionate speaker both nationally and internationally, Wale Babatunde, the Senior Minister of the World Harvest Christian Centre, London, is being recognised as an Apostle and a Prophet of our times.
A pastor to pastors, Rev. Wale oversees a network of churches in Nigeria , Republic of Benin , Liberia , Canada and in the UK . He also provides apostolic covering for many Ministers and ministries.
As a prophetic voice to the nation of Great Britain, his place of residence, his core message is to call the nation and Church back to its rich spiritual heritage. His first book, “ Great Britain Has Fallen…” has been widely acclaimed as being very timely.
This book generated a lot of interest from the media, the political arena, and various articles have been written about this particular work.
Pastor Wale's second book “Awake! Great Britain ”, was launched on the 7th of December 2005 at the House of Commons. The book is a sequel to the first, and has been hailed by many key spiritual and political leaders as very timely, and as a wake up call to our Nation.
A keen scholar of our nation's Christian heritage, Pastor Wale is convinced that it is the Gospel of Christ that has truly made Great Britain Great!
Rev. Wale is the founder of The Christian Heritage and Reformation Trust which hosts the well-attended annual “A Day of Prayer & Fasting for the Nation”. He also hosts “Prophetic Prayer and Fasting” conferences across the UK .
A much sought-after speaker, Rev. Wale speaks all across the country in the media, business circles, educational institutions, churches, at both the Houses of Commons and Lords, and at conferences.
He also sits on various boards including the African and Caribbean Evangelical Alliance.
A graduate of Spurgeons College , he is currently working on various missions projects, as his passion is to see multitudes come to the knowledge and saving grace of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
He is happily married to Precious and they have three children - Joshua, Grace and Jeremiah.
